The kitchen is part of the dining room, allowing you as a guest to get close to both the ingredients, the craftsmanship, and the ambiance. Here, you will be served modern Italian cuisine made with Scandinavian ingredients, cooked with heart and curiosity. We offer a selection of top Italian wines, handpicked to elevate each dish to its full potential. 

Isabella Morrone

My name is Isabella Morrone, and I have worked as a chef for over 20 years – a journey that has taken me through some of Sweden's most renowned star restaurants, where I have been both head chef and operated my own restaurants. Many may recognize me from TV shows like Kockarnas kamp, Nyhetsmorgon, or Köket, where I regularly cook and share my passion for good ingredients and well-composed flavors.

About 15 years ago, I began to focus on Italian cuisine – a love that has grown stronger over the years. My cooking is a tribute to authentic Italian, but with a personal twist: I combine Italian techniques and flavors with seasonal Scandinavian ingredients. The result is food with soul, heart, and character – both classic and modern.
